Delete your Sonos account

This article will show you how to initiate the account deletion process. The data deletion is completed within four weeks after submitting your request. For more information on account deletion and the data associated with your account, see the Sonos Privacy Policy.


Use the Sonos app for iOS or Android


Sonos app

  1. Go to the Account menu and select Account Details.
  2. Select Delete Account.

Sonos S1 Controller app

  1. From the  Settings tab, select Account.
  2. Select Delete Account.

After following the steps above, you will receive an email from Sonos Support within 48 hours to confirm you want to delete your Sonos account.
