Submit Diagnostics
Submitting a diagnostic through the Sonos app provides us with a snapshot of your system so we can help identify what is causing your issue.
Please note that following the steps below will not create a support case with our team. You will need to provide your confirmation number to our support team when you contact us.
Sonos app for iOS or Android
- Go to the Settings menu and select Visit Help Center.
- Select Submit Diagnostics.
Sonos S1 Controller
iOS or Android
- From the Settings tab, select Help & Tips.
- Select Submit Diagnostics.
macOS or Windows
- From the menu bar, click Help, then Submit Diagnostics.
Audio playback may be interrupted while submitting diagnostics.
