Submit Diagnostics

Submitting a diagnostic through the Sonos app provides us with a snapshot of your system so we can help identify what is causing your issue.

Please note that following the steps below will not create a support case with our team. You will need to provide your confirmation number to our support team when you contact us.


Sonos app for iOS or Android

  1. Go to the Settings menu and select Visit Help Center.
  2. Select Submit Diagnostics.


Sonos S1 Controller


iOS or Android

  1. From the Settings tab, select Help & Tips.
  2. Select Submit Diagnostics.

macOS or Windows

  • From the menu bar, click Help, then Submit Diagnostics.


Audio playback may be interrupted while submitting diagnostics.
