Check the registered email address for your Sonos system

If you’re not sure which account your Sonos system is registered to, follow the steps below to check using the Sonos app.

Sonos app

iOS or Android

1. Go to the Account menu.
2. Find the registered email address for your Sonos system under the Account Details header.

Web app

1. Open the Sonos web app.
2. Go to the Settings menu.
3. Find the registered email address for your Sonos system at the top of the page.

Sonos S1 Controller for iOS or Android

1. From the Settings tab, select Account.
2. Find the registered email address for your Sonos system in the Account section.
