Portable Sonos product unable to group with other rooms

If you bring your Sonos Move or Roam to another location and connect your Sonos app to a different system, they will show up in the Sonos app but will not be able to group with other rooms. You can still play Bluetooth audio to your portable product in this state, but it cannot group with the other Sonos products as it has not been added to the system.

If you’d like to group your portable product with a different Sonos system in another location, it must first be factory reset and then added to the second Sonos system as a new product. When you return to your primary Sonos system, the portable product will need to be reset again and added back to the original system to rejoin it.
