Sonos' Warranty Extension - October 1, 2024

Sonos’ manufacturer’s warranty is being extended by one (1) year on certain Sonos products.


This extension applies to certain Sonos products purchased:

  • in the UK, European Union, Guernsey, Jersey, Norway and Switzerland between October 2, 2022, and October 1, 2024, and
  • in any other country between October 2, 2023, and October 1, 2024.

Our warranty is calculated from the date of shipment from Sonos or the date of the original retail purchase.


This extension applies to the following Sonos products:

  • Arc
  • Beam
  • Ray
  • Five
  • One
  • One SL
  • Era 300
  • Era 100
  • Sub
  • Sub Mini
  • Port
  • Amp

This extension also applies to B-Stock units of the products specified above, sold by Sonos on sonos.com or through Ebay.

This extension does not apply to products purchased outside of the applicable extension periods set forth above. This extension only applies to the products specified above and does not apply to Sonos’ portable products, wearable products, or any third-party products (including, but not limited to, Sonos by Sonance and extended warranties purchased through Extend).

This extension explicitly applies to the section entitled “A defective Sonos product? This is our Sonos Warranty” in the Terms of Sale (or subsection (a) of the section entitled “Warranty and defects” in our Terms of Sale in Europe and the UK), and Section 10(a) “Warranty” in the Sonos, Inc. Terms of Use, License and Warranty Agreement. All other terms and provisions of each Agreement remain in full force and effect, including any applicable exception or exclusions to our warranty.
