Use Sonos Voice Control in Bluetooth mode
With Sonos Voice Control, you can control your portable Sonos speaker with your voice even when it’s in Bluetooth mode and away from your home network.
When in Bluetooth mode, voice requests are limited to basic product controls. You can ask to:
- Pause or unpause the music
- Increase or decrease the volume
- Mute or unmute
- Skip to the next song, go back to the previous song, or restart the current song
- Check the battery level
Because Sonos 27voice requires a cloud connection, basic playback and information requests (like checking battery level) won't work on a portable Sonos product when it's off your WiFi network — even in Bluetooth mode.
