Find the serial number and PIN on your Sonos products
You can find the serial number and PIN for your Sonos product printed on the product itself. You can also find the serial number in the Sonos app as long as the product is set up and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
In the Sonos app
Each connected Sonos product displays its serial number in the About My Sonos System section of the app.
