Error 1010 when updating Sonos
Error 1010 occurs when Sonos tries to go through the update process but the communication between the network and your Sonos products is failing. Below are some common steps you can take to resolve this error.
Move closer to your router
Move closer to the router with the device you are using to control Sonos and then try the update again.
Reboot your Sonos products
Reboot all of your Sonos products. Once you have rebooted all of your Sonos products, make sure they all show up in the Sonos app and try the update again.
