I’m not receiving emails from Sonos
You’ll receive an email from us when you register your Sonos system or reset your Sonos password. This article covers what you can do if you aren’t seeing Sonos emails in your inbox.
Search your inbox
Do a search for “Sonos” to see if anything comes up. Make sure to check your junk and spam folders.
Check the provided email address
Make sure that the email address you provided was correct. You can use the Sonos app to check your registered email address.
Resend the email
If you’re resetting your Sonos password, go through the reset process again to get another email.
