Check your Sonos order status

Use our order tracking tool to view the status of your order. If your products were on backorder when your order was placed, you can find the expected ship date at the bottom of the order confirmation email. If your order has shipped and you have the tracking number, we recommend visiting the courier’s website for the latest tracking information.

You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email from our sales team that will contain the tracking information. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder as well. Contact Sales if you need further assistance.
