System health

System health is a Sonos app feature that provides users with additional information about the health and connectivity of their Sonos system and products.

Accessing system health

To view your system health page:

1. Open the Sonos app for iOS.
2. Go to the Settings menu and select Visit Help Center.
3. Select System health.

Navigating system health

The system health screen is broken down into two major sections:

Your systems

This displays all Sonos systems registered to the current user account, as well as some basic details about their connection status, the network they’re using, and the number of Sonos products in the setup.

You can tap on a system name for expanded details on that system and the Sonos products included, such as the IP address or WiFi channel currently in use.

Additional info

This displays Sonos account and app details.

Tap account to display the registered email address and Sonos ID of the current user account.

Tap app to display details about the device currently being used to control Sonos.
