Error 10 when updating Sonos

Error 10 occurs when there is an issue upgrading your Sonos system firmware.

This can happen when the Sonos app tries to perform an update while the Sonos system contains a mix of products running S1 and S2 software. To resolve this error, factory reset any Sonos products in your system that are only compatible with the S1 Controller app. These products can then be set up as a separate S1 Sonos system.

Once your S1-only products have been reset, try going through the update process again.
