How to replace Sonos S1 products in non-sonos.com markets

The sonos.com Upgrade program is limited to eligible countries that can be found listed in the Upgrade program terms and conditions. We are working with our retail and distributor partners to expand the Upgrade program to more markets than what we can support through our sonos.com shop experience. You can find our list of participating partners and the countries they support below.

To participate in the Upgrade program, contact Sonos customer service and follow the below instructions:

  1. Provide the serial number of the products you want to replace and the registered email address.
  2. Sonos customer service will confirm the eligibility of your products.
  3. If confirmed, Sonos will send the verification mail to your registered email.
  4. Once completed, you will receive instructions on how to purchase a new product with up to a 30% discount.

Singapore

To participate in the Upgrade program in Singapore, you may follow these steps.

  1. Bring your S1 product to TC Acoustic’s Showroom.
    1. Address: #01-17 The Adelphi, 1 Coleman St, Singapore 179803
    2. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 11am - 7pm
  2. Receive a discount off any new Sonos product or take away a unique discount voucher for your next Sonos product purchase, in exchange for a returned S1 product.
    1. Voucher of 1-year validity can be used on TC Website or at TC Acoustic’s Showroom and available for a single product purchase only.
