Manage your Sonos Radio HD subscription

This article will show you how to access your Sonos Radio HD subscription information, update your payment method, cancel your subscription, or reactivate your subscription. If you are trying to update your registered email address, see our article on changing your Sonos account email address.

If you see an “Access Denied” error when playing a Sonos Radio station, go to Settings > Services & Voice > Sonos Radio and then choose Reauthorize Account.

Subscription through Sonos.com

If you’ve subscribed to Sonos Radio HD through Sonos.com, you can make changes to your subscription in the My Account section of the Sonos website.


Access your subscription information

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Press Subscriptions.
  3. Scroll down to Sonos Radio HD to view your subscription information.


Update your payment method

  1. From your Subscriptions page, scroll down to Sonos Radio HD.
  2. Under the Payment Method section, click Update.


Cancel your subscription

  1. From your Subscriptions page, scroll down to Sonos Radio HD.
  2. Under your payment method, press Cancel subscription.


Reactivate your subscription

Contact our sales team if you’ve cancelled your Sonos Radio HD subscription and would like to reactivate it.



Subscription through Apple

If you’ve subscribed to Sonos Radio HD through Apple on iOS, you can make changes to your subscription using your Apple device or software.
