Submitting a diagnostic through the Sonos app provides us with a snapshot of your system so we can help identify what is causing your issue.
Please note that following the steps below will not create a support case with our team. You will need to provide your confirmation number to our support team when you contact us.
Sonos app for iOS or Android
- From the Settings tab, tap Support (Help & Tips if using the Sonos S1 Controller) > Submit Diagnostics.
Sonos app for Mac or PC
- Select Help > Submit Diagnostics.
Audio playback may be interrupted while submitting diagnostics.
