Check your Sonos system’s registered email address

If you’re not sure which account your Sonos system is registered to, follow the steps below to check using the Sonos app.

Sonos app

iOS or Android

1. Go to the Account menu.
2. Find your Sonos system’s registered email address under the Account Details header.

Web app

1. Open the Sonos web app.
2. Go to the Settings menu.
3. Find your Sonos system’s registered email at the top of the page.

Sonos S1 Controller for iOS or Android

1. From the Settings tab, select Account.
2. Find your Sonos system’s registered email address in the Account section.
