Return your Sonos product
You can return a Sonos product using our self-service Product Returns page. In order to be eligible for a return, your Sonos product must be covered by our return policy. Once you’ve submitted an order that’s eligible for a return, you’ll receive an email with additional instructions on how to send your Sonos product back to us.
The Sonos Warranty
All newly purchased Sonos products come with a limited time warranty. The length and coverage of the warranty is dependent upon where you live. Contact Sonos Support if you have questions about the warranty or if you’re experiencing any issues with your Sonos products.
