Technicolor C2000T, C2100T, C1100T compatibility

These routers have a known issue that prevents them from working with Sonos. The solution below will ensure that they will work with Sonos.


Issue

  • Sonos rooms disappear from the Sonos app.
  • Duplicate room names appear in the Sonos app.


Solution


  1. Log into the router.
  2. Navigate to Advanced Setup > DHCP Reservation.
  3. Locate DHCP Reservation State.
  4. Remove existing DHCP Reservations.
  5. Set DHCP Reservation State to Disable.
  6. Reboot all Sonos products.
