Return your Sonos product

You can return a Sonos product using our self-service Product Returns page. In order to be eligible for a return, your Sonos product must be covered by our return policy.


  1. Open the Product Returns page.
  2. Choose Get a label in the New Product Return section.
  3. Provide your email address as well as your order number, then choose Submit.

Once you’ve submitted an order that’s eligible for a return, you’ll receive an email with additional instructions on how to send your Sonos product back to us. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder.
