Error 1014 when updating Sonos
Error 1014 occurs when one or more Sonos products are having trouble installing the update. Below are some common steps you can take to resolve this error.
Retry the update
After receiving the error, tap Try again to retry the update. You can also start the update again by going to the Settings tab and tapping System > System Updates > Check for Updates.
Reboot your Sonos products
Reboot all of your Sonos products. Once you have rebooted all of your Sonos products, make sure they all show up in the Sonos app and try the update again.
