Unlock your Sonos account

Your Sonos account may become locked after too many failed login attempts. If your account is locked, you will receive an email with instructions to unlock the account by resetting your password. Otherwise, you can wait five minutes and then try logging in again.

After waiting five minutes for your account to be unlocked you can try to log in again or reset your password. If you need further assistance with unlocking your account, contact Sonos Support.
