Error 1067 when updating Sonos
Update Error 1067 occurs when one or more Sonos products are unable to locate the update server during a firmware update. Below are some common steps you can take to resolve this error.
Configure your firewall to work with Sonos
Make sure your computer’s firewall is configured to work with Sonos. See our article on configuring firewalls for more information.
Reboot your Sonos products
Reboot all of your Sonos products. Once you have rebooted all of your Sonos products, make sure they all show up in the Sonos app and try the update again.
