Problems during setup?

If your Sonos Move is having trouble connecting during setup, check our “Product not found” article for some help.

Once set up and connected to WiFi, you can switch your Move over to Bluetooth mode at any time. See our article Pair Sonos Move with Bluetooth for instructions on pairing your Move to your Bluetooth devices.

Note that your Sonos Move needs to be in range of your Wi-Fi network even if it’s placed near another Sonos product. The Move can connect to your router’s Wi-Fi network but not the separate wireless network created by a wired Sonos product.
